COVID-19 Protocols

Salon Arrival:
Please call us once you have arrived. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We may ask you to wait in your car or outside until we notify you to enter the salon. For safety measures, our waiting areas will not be available. Late clients may not be able to be serviced.

Face Covering:
All clients who are not fully vaccinated will be required to wear a mask for their entire visit. All face masks must be worn as intended and not removed or adjusted. If you do not bring your own mask, we have masks available for purchase. Clients who are fully vaccinated have the option to wear a mask but it is not a requirement to enter the salon.

Hand Sanitizer: 
We will require all clients to use hand sanitizer upon entering our salon and before you leave.

Temperature Checks:
We will be performing temperature checks on all clients entering our salon with a non-contact digital infrared thermometer. Clients with above normal temperature will be asked to cancel their appointment and reschedule for a later date. 

Capacity Limitations: 
We have changed the spacing in our salon so that clients are seated 6 feet apart. We are taking clients by appointment only. We are limiting visitors to the salon for clients who are having services done only.

Increased Sanitation:
We are booking 15 minutes between each appointment to ensure the proper amount of time to sanitize and disinfect the station as well as the tools. Each station will be wiped clean with EPA registered disinfectant before and after every client.

Salon Amenities:
Our coffee and beverage bar is closed at this time. The blow dry station will also be closed until further notice.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
We understand that you may need to cancel your appointment. We do require a 48-hour cancellation. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without providing prior notice will be charged full price.
