Appointment Policies
48-HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged the full cost of the requested service to the credit card which is on file. Appointments which are cancelled or changed within the 48-hour window are considered a LATE CANCELLATION, and you will be charged 50% of the service.
A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Late Policies
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day.
For Your Comfort
To keep the spa peaceful and quiet, children are restricted from the spa area unless receiving services.
Cell Phones
We ask that you consider other staff and guests and refrain from using your cell phone during treatments. Please keep cell phones on vibrate at all times while you are in the salon and spa areas.
Methods of Payment
We accept the following forms of payment for all services and products sold at the salon: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Personal Checks (not valid on a first visit) and Cash.
Gratuities
We apologize but do not allow for guests to place gratuities on credit cards.
